Learn How You Can Benefit From A&K Settlements, LLC
With over 20 years of real estate experience, we’re happy to share our expertise with Central Pennsylvania.
We’ll conduct settlement at our Shippensburg or Carlisle office or travel to you. We pride ourselves on customer service and strive to make your transaction as stress-free as possible. As an added bonus, all of our settlement agents are also attorneys.
Kelso Law, LLC’s real estate services are affiliated with the Title Company A&K Settlement Services located in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, which was established by our Attorneys Melissa Kelso and L. Rebecca Ables in 2017.
Because our attorneys serve as settlement agents, there is no additional cost to the buyer. We will travel to your office, your realtor’s office or your lender’s office to conduct settlement, whichever is most convenient for you. If you’re buying, selling or refinancing your home, we can assist you!
